CSU administrators banned a student from campus, citing his reported threatening behavior, including alleged sexual misconduct, toward multiple people on campus.

Tyreice "TJ" Lane, 19, of Aurora, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of felony stalking, misdemeanor harassment and trespassing. He was taken into custody at the Larimer County Jail, where he posted $5,000 bond and was released.

The Colorado State University campus received a safety alert Tuesday regarding a campus order that excludes Lane from campus and university-owned property.

According to the alert, Lane has disregarded campus no-contact and exclusion orders in the past.

Court records show Lane, who according to the CSU directory is undeclared regarding his major, has a history of ignoring orders that stemmed from allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment. Multiple students also have ongoing student conduct cases against Lane, according to his arrest affidavit.

Lane had a no-trespass order for campus residence and dining halls after an alleged December incident of sexual misconduct, according to his affidavit. He had a subsequent no-trespass order for all CSU property that was put in place after a February disorderly conduct and harassment incident.

Lane was reportedly spotted on campus in April, despite the orders against his presence. He reportedly grabbed two students at the end of Friday's Undie Run on the CSU campus.

Multiple students reported feeling scared of him and unsafe on campus, according to his affidavit.

The campus alert said Lane is 5 feet, 7 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. The alert instructed students and staff to call or text 911 or call the CSU police non-emergency number ar 970-491-6425 if they see Lane on campus.

Lane is due in court for a first appearance May 15.
