Al Gore to stump for Clinton in Colorado on Monday

Former Vice President Al Gore will be in Colorado on Monday for a pair of rallies in support of Hillary Clinton.

On the eve of Election Day, Gore will campaign for the Democratic nominee for president at events in Boulder and Jefferson County, according to Clinton's campaign website.

The first event will be at eTown in Boulder at 3 p.m.; the second at the Lakewood Cultural Center Theater at 6 p.m.

Gore served as vice president under Hillary Clinton's husband, Bill Clinton, who himself made a campaign stop in Fort Collins on Friday.

Hillary Clinton leads Republican rival Donald Trump by 2.9 points in Colorado, according to a polling aggregate at RealClearPolitics.com. Trump's campaign website listed no events in Colorado through Election Day as of Sunday evening.
