A 37-year-old man pleaded guilty this week to using fake Facebook profiles to entice six Colorado teens into sending him sexually explicit photos, and prosecutors say there could be even more victims.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office assisted federal investigators in a probe that resulted in a man pleading guilty to enticing young Colorado girls through Facebook.

Christopher White, 37, of McCormick, South Carolina, pleaded guilty to six counts of coercion and enticement of a minor after a joint probe between the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. District Attorney's Office announced Friday.

White, operating Facebook profiles under the guise of “Kent Noelle” and “Glenn Black” in summer 2014, targeted children ranging in age between 13 and 14 years old. He claimed to be a teenage boy, though he was actually a 35-year-old man at the time and was a previously convicted sex offender.

"After first befriending them online, and then texting and even talking with the minors by phone, the defendant then began to use harassment, threats of physical harm, and threats to post sexually-explicit photographs of the children or their friends on social media, coercing and attempting to coerce minors to produce and send him child pornography of themselves," the agency wrote.

Anyone who thinks they might know of other victims in the case is asked to call federal investigators at 866-347-2423.

White faces 10 years to life in prison. He remains in custody, and sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 14.
