A serious crash closed Harmony Road in both directions at Hinsdale Drive for about four hours Sunday.

A westbound vehicle collided with an eastbound vehicle on Harmony, and three people were hospitalized, according to Fort Collins Police Services.

The road was closed between Shields Street and College Avenue for the investigation. The Fort Collins police CRASH team, which responds to serious crashes, arrived on scene shortly after the crash.

The crash was reported about 11:40 a.m. and drew a large emergency response to the south-central Fort Collins area. Traffic was diverted through nearby neighborhoods, and sidewalks were closed, too. The road reopened shortly before 4 p.m.
