‘Wild’ author to speak at Lincoln Center

Cheryl Strayed, author of No. 1 New York Times bestseller “Wild,” will speak at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at Lincoln Center, 417 W. Magnolia St.

Strayed’s book, based on her emotional and physical journey along the Pacific Crest Trail, has been translated into more than 30 languages. The movie adaptation will be released in December.

Tickets are on sale and priced at $35 to $50, or $75 for VIP seats and admission to a pre-show reception with the author. Strayed will sign books following the event. Visit www.lctix.com for more information.
