POLL: Should Fort Collins reform the U+2 occupancy ordinance?

Just as Colorado State University students are pushing for reform of the long-standing ordinance known as "you plus two," Neighborhood Services is processing what could wind up being a record number of over-occupancy complaints for 2015.
